What are digital X-Rays?

Digital X-rays are an advanced diagnostic tool to take images of your teeth and give the dentist a detailed look at areas they can’t see with the naked eye. Digital X-rays were introduced in 1987, combining computer technology power with electronic sensors and small bursts of radiation. Instead of printing on film, digital X-rays project the image onto a computer screen.
